Due to the specialized nature of our products—the H Mini Vat & Platform and the BioCure—and the immediate initiation of order processing, our standard policy is Final Sale.

 

H Mini Vat & Platform Policy

 

The H Mini Vat & Platform is often customized or precision-fitted to the specific brand and model of your 3D printer. For this reason, all sales of the H Mini Vat & Platform are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed.

 

BioCure & Other Products Policy

 

Due to the clinical nature and highly specialized design of the BioCure curing oven and other proprietary products, all sales are considered Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped.

⏳ Order Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your order for a full refund under the following condition:

• 24-Hour Window: You must submit a cancellation request via email to support or to dryassinamin11@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Reasoning: We immediately begin processing and, in some cases, manufacturing customized components (like the H Mini Platform) shortly after this window. Cancellations requested after the initial 24 hours will be denied.
